How long will it take have my first appointment?

Our counselors seek to schedule appointments as soon as possible. How soon that first meeting happens depends on several factors, including both your and your counselor’s schedule. You can discuss this during your initial contact with your counselor.

What is the cost?

Insight’s fee varies according to appointment length. Your counselor is happy to discuss it with you during your initial contact.

Do you take insurance?

Insight does not work directly with insurance. Payment is made directly to your counselor. Some insurance policies may offer reimbursement to you to directly. Your counselor will work with you to provide the necessary information to your insurance carrier if that is possible with your policy.

What information is required of me?

After scheduling your first appointment, you can access the required data form which you may complete online, email to your counselor, or print and bring to your first meeting.

How often will I meet with my counselor?

During the initial meeting your counselor will suggest a healthy pace for your counseling. Since every situation is different, we want to make sure we are creating a plan for your care that fits you in a way that will provide the greatest opportunity for progress.
